Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any Account you have registered.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the following additional policies, each of which is incorporated herein by reference:

• Privacy Policy — governing the collection, storage, and use of your personal data.
• Responsible Gaming Policy — governing self-exclusion, deposit limits, and player protection tools.
• Bonus Terms — published on the Casino Bonus page and applicable to each specific promotional offer.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the sk789 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the term of your Account:

• You are a natural person, at least 21 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any of the above, of sk789 or any affiliated entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where it would be illegal for sk789 to provide services to you, or where it would be illegal for you to participate in online gambling.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, entity, or business for the purpose of gambling.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed by sk789 for a breach of these Terms.

sk789 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any funds in the Account will be returned to the registered payment method after a compliance review, with Bonus Funds forfeited.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and current residential address in Indonesia.
• Keep your Account credentials — username and password — confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify sk789 immediately if you believe your Account credentials have been compromised.
• Update your Account information promptly if any registered details change, including your email address or payment method.

sk789 is not liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to keep their Account credentials secure. sk789 will treat any access to an Account using valid credentials as authorized by the Account holder unless sk789 has been notified otherwise in writing via live chat or email prior to the relevant transaction.

Identity Verification (KYC)

sk789 is required to verify the identity, age, and residential details of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. This process — commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer) — is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure applied by all legitimate international casino operators.

sk789 may request the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence. The document must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.

KYC documents must be submitted digitally via the Account settings panel or directly to the support team via live chat. sk789 will complete its review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing items.

Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. sk789 reserves the right to request re-verification at any time if there is reason to believe that Account details have changed or that fraudulent activity has occurred.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account balances at sk789 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sk789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfer (Virtual Account): BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga. Deposits credited within one to three minutes during standard banking hours. Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000.
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja. Deposits credited within 30 seconds under normal conditions. Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000.

The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned.
• Withdrawals will be remitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• sk789 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which sk789 bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day will ordinarily be processed on the same day. Requests submitted after that time will be processed on the following business day.
• sk789 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms, or a request from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Any deposit found to originate from criminal activity or to constitute money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities. The associated Account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

sk789 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit matches, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which are supplemented by the specific terms published on the Casino Bonus page for each individual offer.

• Wagering Requirement: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the Casino Bonus page for each promotion. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time window results in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at different rates. The contribution rates for each promotion are published on the Casino Bonus page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement of an existing bonus results in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Minimum Odds (Sportsbook): Sportsbook wagers placed while a bonus is active must meet a minimum odds threshold, as stated in the applicable promotion terms, to qualify for wagering requirement contribution.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum bet limit applies per game round or wager as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of the maximum bet rule will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from such bets.
• Abuse and Collusion: sk789 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines that a Player has exploited a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, including through the use of automated betting tools, coordinated play with other Players, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the sk789 Platform are operated by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own published rules and payout tables, which are accessible within the individual game interface.

The following general gameplay rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) engines that have been independently audited for fairness. Live casino games are operated by real dealers and use physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels) whose outcomes are broadcast in real time.

Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets containing a void leg are re-calculated as if the void leg were not placed.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and bet type carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game or betting interface before a wager is confirmed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling sk789 to suspend or permanently close the associated Account, void any pending bets, and withhold any balance pending investigation:

• Creating more than one Account (whether in your own name or using a third party's identity).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence, algorithms, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any live casino game or sportsbook event.
• Using exploits, glitches, or technical errors in any game to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal game operation.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms rather than play in good faith.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward sk789 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sk789 Platform — including but not limited to the sk789 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software interfaces, game client interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sk789 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from sk789.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Using the sk789 name, logo, or any Platform content in any third-party marketing, advertising, or affiliate context without a current, written affiliate agreement with sk789.

Privacy & Data

sk789 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, sk789 collects data for the purposes of Account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. sk789 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Responsible Gaming

Suspension & Termination

sk789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or multi-accounting.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• A directive from a regulatory, judicial, or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is closed by sk789 for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, the balance will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 business days following completion of any pending KYC review.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any withdrawable balance at the time of voluntary closure will be remitted after KYC verification is confirmed.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sk789 excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including any loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform or any game, including interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, or Internet service disruptions.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional copy.
• Any unauthorized access to a Player's Account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where applicable law does not permit the full exclusion of liability, sk789's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sk789 is incorporated and licensed as an international online gambling operator. Disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Players who access the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to regulation in Indonesia, and that they bear sole responsibility for ensuring that their participation in online gambling does not violate any applicable local law. sk789 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction other than those where sk789 holds regulatory authorization.

Amendments

sk789 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required by applicable law or regulatory directive, in which case the change takes effect immediately.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Effective Date" and "Version" indicators in the page header reflect the version in force. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
